DESCRIPTION

What are your business's most pressing challenges? Whatever the situation, today's management challenges must be met with effective leadership!

Research has shown that many leaders tend to be consistent with their leadership style. This consistency often produces varying results or performance. With Situational Leadership®, managers learn how to adapt their leadership style to match the needs of their people and the demands of the situation to produce consistent results or performance.

Participants will learn to effectively diagnose and manage the abilities, motivations, and performance of people who work for them. They will learn to identify how ready, willing, and able a follower is to successfully complete a work assignment. They will discover how to minimize tension, frustration and stress -- while mastering the skills of encouraging greater confidence, commitment, and motivation to achieve both personal and organizational objectives.

During the workshop participants will gain understanding of -- and skill with -- the fundamentals of behavior and performance. By focusing on the skills necessary to constructively influence employee effectiveness, Situational Leadership® complements and strengthens any existing management system. Participants also learn how to develop employees, and how to reverse an employee's faltering productivity.
